FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
An initial FREE 30 minute consultation will be scheduled with you where we will get to know your business objectives, current challenges and budget. We will give you some marketing strategies and suggestions to help you grow your business. During this consultation we will give you an overview of our virtual marketing assistant services and let you know how we can work with you. Afterward the phone consultation we will send you a FREE proposal and quotation. CONTACT US to get started.
If you decide you would like to proceed with us, we will send you out a Welcome Package, schedule meetings and of course start working on the tasks that will take your business forward.

We will set up regular scheduled meetings with you to discuss progress on current activities.
Status reports are sent out to you to keep you informed on the progress of your projects
Besides our scheduled meetings, you can use any of the following methods to communicate with us:

- 50% deposit based on quotation is required prior to the commencement of any project
- Additional costs such as stationary, photocopies, faxes, etc. are not included in the hourly and package rates. These costs will be charged back to you on your invoice
- Invoices are sent out at the end of the month
- Payment can be made in USD or CAD
- Accepted payment methods are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Money Transfers
